This is the month of playoffs which means gatherings big and small. We’re all used to the regular (and absolutely delicious) Chicken Wing Dip but this month, we’re turning snacking on its head with the help of our team member, Dallas.
This White Bean Dip recipe is both satisfying and healthy. Paired with cut veggies or toasted pita (yum!) it’s sure to fit the bill for the next Bills game!
-1 can cannellini beans
-1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Juice of 1 Lemon
-1 Clove Garlic
-1/2 tsp salt
Rinse and drain the beans
Add beans, garlic, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice to your food processor and then blend until creamy and serve!
